Summary |
The High Holy Days have come and gone, and from an internal staff standpoint, we get to exhale, albeit very briefly, as we continue to move forward with yet another full programmatic/school year. There is no "I" in TEAM, which is certainly the case here at TBS. It is a total team effort of our entire staff to pull off what we do. None of what we do here would be possible without our maintenance staff, front office staff, education office staff, senior staff, security team, faculty, clergy, lay leaders, and volunteers, and not just between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, but between Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah.
Information technology, communications, and audio/visual are all part of our TBS Connects initiative and are a big part of how we broadcast our programming, not only to our local TBS community, but to our TBS community around the country and around the world.
Our livestream statistics allow us to see how many viewers are tuning in to our services and programs and where they are located geographically. It always amazes me when I see where people are tuning in from, especially during the High Holy Days, which include the following views/locations:
- Rosh Hashanah Day 1: 307 unique views
- Rosh Hashanah Day 2:173 Unique Views
- Kol Nidre: 292 unique views
- Yom Kippur: 362 unique views
Viewer locations outside of our local area included:
International: London, Singapore, Italy, Indonesia, Cape Town, Israel, Japan.
Within the US: Omaha, Chicago, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, San Bernardino, Burbank, LA, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Charleston, Nashville, Atlanta, Arlington, Colorado Springs, Denver, Miami, Coral Springs, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Towson, NYC, Boston, Milwaukee, Saint Louis, New Orleans, Kansas City, Belhaven, NC, Bent Creek, NC, Borough Park, NY.
Shabbat Shalom, stay connected, and I look forward to seeing you in Shul. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, you can always reach out to me at rons@tbsonline.org or (856) 751-6663 x218.
