Hag Pesah Sameah! I hope everyone is having a meaningful Passover. Just a reminder about the Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training that we will be hosting on Sunday, May 5 from 10am to 2pm. There is no cost to attend, but space is very limited (3 spots remaining as of this writing) and registration is required to attend. Please email michelles@tbsonline.org to register.

Below are excerpts of my report to the Board of Directors at our meeting last Wednesday. 

•    The proposal for the memorial alcove expansion project has been signed and construction will begin sometime after Passover. 
•    New lobby furniture will be arriving soon including a new couch, chairs, rug, blinds, and sanctuary lobby benches. 
•    While the budget is still a work in progress and will continue to fluctuate until the final version is presented next month, a first draft will be presented to the Board at the April meeting. 
•    Thank you to everyone who contributed towards our Passover Kiddushim. 
•    Barclay Caterers is back under new ownership. We do not have a contract in place just yet but should have one drawn up in the coming weeks. More info on new ownership here: https://phillykosher.com/
•    Preparations for membership renewal are underway with membership renewal for the 2024-2025/5785 year slated to be rolled out on or about Wednesday, May 15.
•    Waiting to hear back regarding FEMA grants that we applied for to reimburse us for COVID related expenses. Will keep you posted on that.
