Six weeks ago I wrote about our current strategic planning process to make our community even stronger and better poised to meet the evolving needs of all our members during the next 3- 5 years. Many in the congregation have already been involved in discussions with us, but we would like to open this process up to those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to make your voices heard and contribute to this important work.

As part of this process, we are inviting you to join us for a discussion of some key elements to guide the future of our congregation on Sunday March 12th at 9:15 AM on site at TBS. 

Please RSVP directly to Jeff Levine (jefflev1048@yahoo.com), co-chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, by March 10th. We would really like to hear your input.

Debbie Joseph, the strategic planning consultant who has been working with us, Carolyn Jacobs (our other co-chair), Jeff and the Strategic Planning Committee will be facilitating small group discussions and we will explore exciting strategic questions such as: 
    1. What does it mean to be part of a sacred community today? 
    2. What kind of meaningful engagement strategies are you seeking? 
    3. How should we be utilizing technology to build community? 
    4. How should we be thinking about and planning for the long-term financial sustainability of the congregation?

We hope you will join us on March 12th.  Your work is important and meaningful to both the Temple Beth Sholom community as well as the greater Jewish community. We know that your participation in this strategic planning process will help Temple Beth Sholom continue to thrive as a welcoming and inclusive sacred community that connects its members to one another, Judaism, and Israel through interactive spiritual, educational, and social experiences.
