Your BLADDER is a Diva – Is It Running the Show?
Your bladder has a personality, and if it’s acting like a diva—demanding attention at all hours, throwing tantrums when you laugh or sneeze, or refusing to cooperate—it’s time to take back control! Just like a high-maintenance star, your bladder can be trained with the right habits, movement, and support. In this workshop, join Dr. Amanda Heritage, Owner/Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, Breathe Life Physical Therapy & Wellness, to learn how to recognize your bladder’s “personality,” and provide quick tips on how to build a healthier relationship with the diva inside!

BREAST Health
Join Dr. Adrienne Rosenthal, MD, in this breakout session as she discusses key aspects of breast health, including the importance of breast screening, common risk factors for breast cancer, and the latest insights into breast cancer itself. This session will provide valuable information to help you better understand prevention, early detection, and overall breast health.

DANCE Dynamics 
Suzy Zucker former Eagles Cheerleader choreographer and dancer will show you how to find a beat and groove to music while learning easy fun dance moves. The session is for anyone who loves movement and never wants to forget how much fun it is to be on a dance floor. The easy-to-follow routine is exciting and energizing while helping to improve coordination and even your memory. No experience required!

An ENDOCRINOLOGIST’s Perspective on Healthy Living
Join endocrinologist Elisabeth Horowitz, M.D., F.A.C.E., as she shares valuable insights gained from her experiences with patients, friends, science, and daily life. This session offers a unique perspective on how wellness extends beyond clinical practice, blending medical expertise with personal lessons for overall well-being.

Navigating FERTILITY Challenges
Dealing with infertility can feel isolating, but it's more common than you think! Join Rebecca Wexler, RN, for a supportive and informative session designed to help you understand common fertility hurdles, explore medical options, and find support in community. The Jewish Woman’s Guide to Assessing her Risk for GYNECOLOGIC Cancers
Dr. Emily Gleimer is the lead clinician of Gynecologic Oncology at the Virtua health system. This session is an overview of assessing risk factors for gynecologic cancers (ovarian, uterine, cervical, and vulvar cancers) including a review of genetic risk, red flag symptoms and personal history.

MINDFULNESS: Cultivating Present Moment Awareness in Mind and Body
During this 30-minute mindfulness session, attendees will gain an understanding of what mindfulness is and the ways in which it can nourish us in both our personal and professional lives. Courtney Schulnick will guide the group in some gentle seated mindful movement followed by what is known as an Awareness of Breath practice. The guided practices are derived from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for group discussion and sharing about the formal practice. Attendees will also learn informal brief practices, which can be used “on the spot” to create greater ease and balance in daily life.

Move Well, Live Well - Daily MOBILITY for Long Term Joint Health
This session highlights the importance of incorporating daily mobility checks into your routine—just as essential as brushing your teeth. Pour Some SUGAR (Monitoring) on Me: Expanded use of glucose monitors to understand your health
We try to make healthy choices, but how do those choices affect your glucose metabolism? Continuous glucose monitors (CGM) measure glucose over several days with real time information. With over-the-counter options available learn from Endocrinologist Dr. Steven Kaufman how CGM can inform you how food, activity, medications and stress affect your glucose.

TAI CHI Movement as Qigong
Participate in the Yang 8 form, a simple, controlled tai chi form that does not require you to move about the room. All Level Mat YOGA Class 
This class begins with focus on breath to relax body and mind. Join Sue Polikoff as she leads us through classical yoga asana (poses), and gentle vinyasa (linking breath to movement) movement is incorporated with the intention to build strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and overall good feeling. Participants should have ability to get up and down from the mat. Please bring your own mat.

Chair YOGA
Supported on the chair to benefit those not comfortable being on a yoga mat. The class, led by Sue Polikoff, begins with focus on breath to relax body and mind. The support of a chair allows to arrive in yoga poses, move with breath. There is an option to stand behind the chair to further explore yoga asana (poses). Benefits of chair yoga include mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, reduces stress and overall good feeling.

Gentle Hatha Style YOGA Class With Meditation
Nurture your body and mind in a way that leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged. Through breathwork and movement, this Gentle Yoga class will create a deeper sense of self-awareness and awaken the body-mind connection to help you feel centered and balanced, setting the tone for your day. Participants are requested to dress comfortably and bring their own Yoga Mat. Chairs will be provided for those who cannot get on the floor.
