About Herb Kaufman: Herb Kaufman is a Historian and possesses a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Temple University. He has been a teacher, lecturer, and living historian for more than 20 years. He is a founding member of the faculty of the Civil War Institute and History Institute at Manor College and an Instructor of history at Camden County College. He also teaches history courses for adults at Gratz College, Katz JCC of Cherry Hill and Golden Slipper GEMS Senior Classes on the Main Line and Bucks County.
